Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY FERC-534 IS NEEDED TO REVIEW PRODUCER CLAIMS FOR THE RECOVERY OF CERTAIN PRODUCTION RELATED COSTS WHICH FIRS SELLERS INCUR AFTER GAS IS PRODUCED AT THE WELLHEAD AND WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED IN NGPA PRICE CATEGORIES. THE PROPOSED RULEMAKING (RM89-16) WILL AMEND THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS TO REFLECT PROVISIONS OF THE NATURAL GAS WELLHEAD DECONTROL ACT.
