Abstract: THIS REPORT COLLECTS INTEREST RATE INFORMATION QUARTERLY ON SELECTED CONSUMER INSTALLMENT LOANS FROM A SAMPLE OF 175 MEMBER BANKS. THIS INFORMATION HELPS THE FEDERAL RESERVE TO ASSESS INTEREST RATE DEVELOPMENTS AND IS USED IN GENERAL FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR MONETARY POLICY PURPOSES.
