Abstract: THE SURVEY OBTAINS PRELIMINARY AND UPDATED ESTIMATES OF SOURCES AND USES OF FEDERAL AND NONFEDERAL LIHEAP FUNDS, AND HOUSEHOLDS TO BE ASSISTED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. DATA TABLES WILL BE DEVELOPED FOR AN INFORMATION MEMORANDUM TO BE SENT TO CONGRESS, STATES AND INTERESTED PARTIES. THE TABLES WILL BE UPDATED AND IN HHS ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS PER SECTION 2610 OF THE STATUTE.
