Abstract: THIS SURVEY OBTAINS UPDATED ESTIMATES OF FEDERAL AND NONFEDERAL FUNDING SOURCES, USES OF FUNDS, AND HOUSEHOLDS TO BE ASSISTED DURING FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 1988. THE ESTIMATES WILL BE DISPLAYED IN TABLES FOR AN INFORMATION MEMORANDUM TO BE SENT TO CONGRESS, STATES, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. THE DATA WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE SECRETARY'S ANNUAL LIHEAP REPORT TO CONGRESS PER SECTION 2610 OF THE STATUTE.
