Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED PRIMARILY BY CABLE TELEVISION OPERATORS IN REGARDS TO COMPLAINTS CONCERNING THE RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FO POLE ATTACHMENTS.
