Abstract: THE INFORMATION WILL PROVIDE FDA WITH THE DATA NEEDED FOR REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF PROCESSES FOR ACIDIFIED AND THERMALLY PROCESSED LOW-ACID CANNED FOODS. THIS INFORMATION WILL PERMIT FDA TO EXERCISE BETTER CONTROL AND APPRECIABLY INCREASE ASSURANCE THAT SAFE PRACTICES ARE BEI FOLLOWED BY THE PROCESSOR.
