Abstract: PARA. 18.542 - THE VA MUST OBTAIN SUFFICIENT INFORMATION FROM FEDERAL FINANCIAL RECIPIENTS TO PROCESS COMPLAINTS OF AGE DISCRIMINATION IN FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES. PARA. 18.532 - RECIPIENTS OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WILL NOTIFY SUBRECIPIENTS OF THEIR OBLIGATION UNDER THE AGE DISCRIMINATION ACT OF 1975 AND VA'S IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS.
