Abstract: RECIPIENTS OF FEDERAL ASSISTANCE WILL NOTIFY SUBRECIPIENTS OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE AGE DISCRIMINATION ACT OF 1975 AND VA'S IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS. THIS REQUIREMENT IS NEEDED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT IN ALL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES RECEIVING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE VA.
