Abstract: THE SURVEY OBTAINS UPDATED ESTIMATES OF FEDERAL AND NONFEDERAL FUNDING SOURCES, USES OF FUNDS, AND HOUSEHOLDS BE ASSISTED DURING FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 1987 FOR LIHEAP. THE SURVEY RESULTS ARE USED TO GENERATE STATISTICAL TABLES PREIOUSLY REQUESTED BY THE SENATE COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS. THE TABLES ARE ALSO INCLUDED IN HHS' ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2610 OF THE LIHEAP STATUTE AS AMENDED.
