Abstract: THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE THE TIME AND MANNER OF MAKING CERTAIN ELECTION RELATING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED AND WILL BE USED TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE EFFECTIVE DATE PROVISIONS. ALL ACCRUAL BASIS TAXPAYERS THAT MAKE AN ELECTION ARE AFFECTED BYTHE REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGULATIONS.
