Abstract: THE REGULATION PROVIDES RULES AND DEFINITIONS RELATING TO SEVERAL EXEMPTIONS FROM THE WINDFALL PROFIT TAX. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN AN EXEMPTION FORM WINDFALL PROFIT TAX WITHHOLDING THE TAXPAYER MUST PROVIDE A PURCHASER OF OIL WITH AN EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE.
