Abstract: THI FORM IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTURAL DOCUMENT WHICH OBLIGATES MANAGEMENT OF THE HOME OFFICE OF A COMMERCIAL CARRIER TO ABIDE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL SECURITY MANUAL FOR SAFEGUARDING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION AND THE CARRIER SUPPLEMENT THERETO. THE REQUIREMENTS THEREBY IMPOSED ARE ESSENTIAL IN PRESERVING THE SECURITY OF THE U.S. THROUGH THE PREVENTION OF IMPROPER DISCLOSURE INFORMATION.
