Abstract: THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES CORPORATIONS WHICH TRANSFER STOCK TO ANY PERSON AFTER 1979 PURSUANT TO SUCH PERSON'S EXERCISE OF A STATUTORY STOCK OPTION. THE CORPORATION MUST FURNISH EACH PERSON RECEIVING SUCH STOCK WITH A WRITTEN STATEMENT DESCRIBING THE TRANSFER. THE STATEMENT WILL ASSIST SUCH PERSONS IN FILING THEIR TAX RETURNS.
