Abstract: THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES CORPORATIONS WHO TRANSFER STOCK TO ANY PERSON ON OR AFTER 1979 PURSUSANT TO SUCH PERSON'S EXERCISE OF A STATUTORY STOCK OPTION. THE CORPORATION MUST FURNISH EACH PERSON RECEIVING SUCH A STOCK WITH A WRITTEN STATEMENT DESCRIBING THE TRANSFE THE STATEMENT WILL AID SUCH PERSONS IN FILING THEIR TAX RETURNS.
