Abstract: OWNERS OF MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS SUBMIT FORM HUD-92410 EACH YEAR AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. HUD USES THE DATA ON FORM HUD-92410 IN REVIEWING REQUESTS FOR RENT INCREASES AND TO PREVENT DEFAULTS BY MONITORING THE REASONABLENESS OF PROJECTS' OPERATING EXPENSES AND THE ADEQUACY OF PROJECTS' CASH FLOW.
