Abstract: Owners of multifamily projects submit form HUD-92410 each year as part of their annual financial statments. HUD uses the data on the Profit and Losss to review requests for rent increases and to prevent defaults by monitoring the reasonableness of the project operating expenses and the adequacy of the projects' cash flow.
