Abstract: APPLICATION FOR SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ORDER EXEMPTING AN INDENTURE QUALIFIED UNDER THE TRUST INDENTURE ACT OF 1939 FROM CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ACT.
