Abstract: SECTION 74.21 PERMITS ALL EXPERIMENTAL, AUXILIARY, SPECIAL BROADCAST AND OTHER PROGRAM DISTRIBUTIONAL SERVICES TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE WHEN NORMAL COMMUNICATIONS HAVE BEEN DISRUPTED BY STORMS, FLOODS OR OTHER DISASTERS. HOWEVER, THE FCC MUST BE NOTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS NOTIFICATION ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST IS BEING SERVED.
