Abstract: INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYERS WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE A DIARY RECORD OF TIME ESTIMATES USED WHEN COMPLETING THEIR INDIVIDUAL TAX RETURNS. ALLOTMEN OF TIME FOR COMPILING RECORDS, RESEARCH, INFORMATION GATHERING, ETC. WILL ALSO BE RECORDED IN ORDER FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO ARRIVE AT A GENER STANDARD OF COMPLETION TIME. THIS DATA WILL BE THE BASIS FOR A NATIONWIDE SURVEY TO BE SECURED AT A LATER DATE. CONTRACTOR MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP TO INTEGRATE DATA INTO THE BURDED BASELINE STUDY.
