Abstract: THE LARGE NUMBER OF PROCESSED FOODS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR CONSUMERS TO CHOOSE FOODS THAT PROVIDE NUTRIENTS NECESSARY FOR MAINTENANCE OF GO HEALT. NUTRITION LABELING OF PROCESSED FOODS ASSISTS THE CONSUMER IN MAKING APPROPRIATE CHOICES.
