Abstract: THE INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL PROVIDE THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION WITH THE REQUIRED DATA FOR REVIEW OF PROCESSES FOR THERMALLY PROCESSED LOW-ACID FOODS AND ACIDIFIED FOODS. THIS INFORMATION WILL PERMIT FDA TO EXERCISE BETTER CONTROL AND TO APPRECIABLY INCREASE ASSURANCE THAT SAFE PRACTICES ARE BEING FOLLOWED BY THE PROCESSOR.
