THIS FSC MAINTENANCE AVOIDS ERRONEOUS INVITATIONS TO BID AND ERRONEOUS NSN ASSIGNMENT AND IS IN CONSONANCE WITH THE INTENT OF TITLE 10, U.S. CODE, CHAPTER 145.
