DESCRIBES THE PERSON, LOCATION OF PLAN, USE OF MATERIALS TO MAKE LIQUOR BOTTLES, AND NUMBER ASSIGND TO PLANTS MAKING LIQUOR BOTTLES. THE NUMBER OF PLANTS IS PLACED ON THE BOTTLE IN ITS MANUFACTURE.
