Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY TO DOCUMENT A SHIPMENT OF TAXABLE TOBACCO ARTICLES BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. FROM PUERTO RICO IN BOND. DESCRIBES THE SHIPMENT, ALLOWS FOR SHIPMENT INTO THE U.S. TO A BONDED LICENSEE, AND PROVIDES CERTIFICATION BY U.S. CUSTOMS THAT THE SHIPMENT WAS BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. IS USED TO ACCOUNT FOR THE BONDED LICENSEE'S AMOUNT OF TAX LIABILITY AND ADJUSTMENTS OF TAX TO THE PUERTO RICAN GOVERNMENT.
