Abstract: ATF F 3072 (5210.14) is used to document the shipment of taxable tobacco products brought into the United States in bond from Puerto Rico. The form documents certification by ATF to account for the tax liability as well as any adjustments assessed to the bonded licensee. The form also describes the shipment and identification of licensee who receives the products.
