Abstract: AUTHORITY SEC. 8 HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED. PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR UPGRADING OF SUBSTANDARD HOUSING UNITS TO COMPLY WITH HOUSING EQUALITY STANDARDS. PHA'S SUBMIT FORM TO HUD TO MONITOR PROGRAM UTILIZATION. FORM SUBMITTED QUARTERLY UNTIL 95% OF THE UNITS IN THE PROJECT ARE UNDER LEASE THEREAFTER, FORM SUBMITTED ANNUALLY.
