Alaska Plan End of Term Commitments

The Commission requires that participating Alaskan rate-of-return carriers and competitive Eligible Telecommunications Carriers that seek the option to obtain a fixed level of funding for a defined term in exchange for committing to deployment obligations update their end-of-term commitments.
