[GHC] Global Public Health Data Innovation Performance Monitoring

The goal of this project is to monitor the contributions of Global Public Health Data Innovation investments towards enabling digital health for pandemic preparedness. The resulting data will be used by CDC to monitor the progress of its investments in the selected countries. Respondents are the CDC funded implementing partners across 10 countries that have received GPHDI funds.
