This information collection is used to validate hazardous waste (HW) disposal facilities around the world. Prior to the U.S. Government sending hazardous waste to a disposal facility, the facility must undergo a vetting process to ensure it is properly permitted, insured, and operating within local, state, and/or national regulations.
