This information collection is in support of Section 326 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 which directed the Department to develop a program to provide technical assistance to community members of Restoration Advisory Boards and Technical Review Committees to enhance public participation in the Defense Environmental Restoration Program.
