The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration is submitting this non-substantive change request in order to bring the demographic questions in line with the OPM issued memorandum titled, "Initial Guidance Regarding President Trump’s Executive Order Defending Women. The only changes were to the question regarding an individual’s sex (#21) to remove two options and multiple changes were made to update ‘Gulf of Mexico’ to ‘Gulf of America’. These changes do not affect the burden to the public.
