Abstract: SBA Forms 1030 and 1032 provide SBA with the necessary information to make decisions regarding the approval or denial of an applicant for a small business investment company (SBIC) license. SBA uses this information on all individuals and entities associated with an applicant’s general partner, management company, limited partners and third-party service providers and the information on the information on the proposed critical technology or enabling technology and production process of each investment.
