The information collected under this collection will create regulatory symmetry among similar mobile service licensees. This symmetrical regulatory structure will promote competition in the mobile services marketplace and will serve the interests of consumers while also benefiting the national economy. The Commission is extending this information collection for a period of three years in order to obtain the full three year clearance from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
