Abstract: The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration is submitting this non-substantive change request in order to bring the demographic questions in line with the OPM issued memorandum titled, "Initial Guidance Regarding President Trump’s Executive Order Defending Women. The only change was to remove the question regarding the applicability of EO 13985. This change is minor and does not affect the public burden.
