Abstract: The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration is submitting this non-substantive change request in order to bring the demographic questions in line with the OPM issued memorandum titled, "Initial Guidance Regarding President Trump’s Executive Order Defending Women. The only change was to Question 2 on the 2-Year Evaluation form: changed ‘gender’ to ‘sex’ and removed all options except ‘female’ and ‘male’. These changes do not affect the burden.
