Abstract: United States Code (USC) Title 10, as amended by Section 532 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) codified an assessment cycle at the U.S. MSAs that consist of surveys and focus groups during alternating years. The purpose is to gather information relating to sexual assault and sexual harassment issues at the Academies to improve the Department’s response.
