Short Statement: This is an extension of a currently approved collection. There have been no changes to the information being collected. However, there was only an adjustment to the burden hours to reflect the usage for this collection. The burden hour usage for HUD-2747 is under OMB approved collection 2502-0419 and the burden hour usage for HUD-1044D is under OMB approved collection 2502-0418.
