Short Statement: As a part of this revision request, the Department has made changes to the Participant Individual Record Layout (ETA-9172), which require Wagner-Peyser Employment Service programs to document PIRL data element 413 Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Designation as defined at 20 CFR 651.10 for reportable individuals and update the definitions used for data element 413 to agree with revised definitions in the Final Rule. As a result, the total burden will increase by 170,573 hours and $7,765,070.87. The remainder of content from OMB control number 1205–0521 is unchanged.
