The total respondents increased from 1,275,636 to 1,397,677 (+122,041); the total annual responses increased from 38,048,948 to 46,728,330 (+8,679,382); total annual burden hours increased from 634,610 to 779,266 (+144,656); and total annual costs decreased from $1,911,540 to $1,834,020 (-$77,520). These adjustments are based on the most current data from the U.S. Census Bureau and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. No program changes are being reported to this information collection.
