Abstract: This collection is needed to ensure that PSAPs are ready to receive E911 Phase I or Phase II location information when the wireless carrier's obligation to deliver that information becomes due. This will reduce the possibility of both carriers and PSAPs investing time and money before the PSAP is actually E911-capable.
