Abstract: Certain local exchange carriers are required annually to submit Tariff Review Plan in partial fulfillment of cost support material required by 47 CFR Part 61. The information used by FCC and the public to determine the justness and reasonableness of rates, terms and conditions in tariffs as required by the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

Short Statement: Since the last submission, the number of respondents for the interstate reporting requirement decreased from 96 to 94 (-2), due to changes in the marketplace. As a result, the number of respondents for the intrastate reporting requirement decreased from 2,749 to 2,747 (-2). Due to this decrease in respondents, the total number of annual responses decreased from 5,152 to 41,418 (-4), and the total burden hours decreased from 60,722 hours to 60,576 (-146).
