The estimated hourly burden associated with rule 17f-7 has increased from 87,680 to 108,880 (an increase of 21,200 hours). The increase is due to an increase in the estimate of the number of registered investment advisers making responses under rule 17f-7, including but not limited to, addressing depository compliance with minimum requirements and reviewing risk analyses or notifications.
