Abstract: This 83C change request updates the information submitted on the Application for Approval to Participate in Federal Student Aid Programs (E-App). With a government-wide change regarding the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number, the E-App will no longer collect DUNS numbers from applicants to and participants of student financial aid programs. Item 6B in Section A of the E-App has been grayed out so that visually an applicant will know that this information is no longer needed and no information will be accepted in that space. No other aspect of the form is being changed. No additional information is being requested of the applicant.
