Abstract: The goal of this information collection is to facilitate a CDC public health mission as provided under the Public Health Service Act and Code of Federal Regulations. As part of this revision, CDC is updating the Land Travel Illness and Death Investigation form, and moving information collections related to regulating importations of animals and human remains, and animal products to a new information collection request.
