Abstract: This collection is necessary, as mandated by the FY2021 NDAA, to assess the opinions and experiences of active duty members and to provide key metrics to the Office of Special Needs (OSN). OSN needs to conduct a survey to gather information on performance metrics. Results will be used by OSN to evaluate and update EFMP.
