Abstract: Using a contractor's online survey panel, we will collect information from a national sample of adolescents ages 15 to 19 years, and a subsample of matched parents/guardians to (1) describe the prevalence of key factors that protect young people’s health (including family and school-level protective factors), health education experiences, health service use, and health behaviors and experiences and (2)examine associations between these factors and adolescent mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and substance use outcomes. Data will be used to inform the CDC's Division of Adolescent and School Health key school-based programmatic strategies.
