Short Statement: HUD’s explanation for removal of HUD Form 90011t-ORCF is due to the CARES Act which authorized the Operating Loss Loan Program 223(d) to be used for temporary COVID relief until August 31, 2021. HUD Form 90011t-ORCF was approved for use until the temporary COVID relief expires on August 31, 2021, and therefore is being removed from this collection.
