Abstract: Because the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) strives to automate and simplify participation in its various programs to the extent it is possible, OCSE made formatting revisions to the MSFIDM information collection. OCSE requests OMB approval of the following minor revisions as a nonsubstantive change. OCSE updated a link in the background and instructions to locate the MSFIDM record layouts on OCSE’s website; converted the “Election Form” instrument, to a fillable PDF; and, added asterisks to some components of the form to connote required information. The content of the background and instructions, and the type of information and purpose for the collection remains the same.
