Abstract: The Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence (TRACED) Act obligates the Commission to require voice service providers (i) take reasonable steps to find a non-IP call authentication solution; (ii) if receiving an extension to the STIR/SHAKEN implementation deadline, create a robocall mitigation program, and (iii) for voice service providers exempt from the implementation requirements, verify that they satisfied the criteria.
