Abstract: VA IS PUBLISHING IN REGULATORY FORM THE SERVICING PROCEDURES THAT WILL CONSTITUTE ADEQUATE SERVICING OF VA GUARANTEED LOANS. FOLLOWING THESE PROCEDURES, SERVICERS WILL PROVIDE VARIOUS NOTICES TO BORROWERS, VA, A CREDIT UNIONS AND WILL COLLECT INFORMATION CONCERNING DELINQUENCY AND FORECLOSURES.
